Constructed of black wool, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with silver grey tresses, bearing a central machine embroidered silver grey inscription of GRODEUTSCHLAND in Stterlin script, unmarked, measuring 38 mm (w) x 425 mm (l), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
