Kalkreich NV Powerful mature Sagrantino with big tanninsThe Kalkreich from Christoph Hoch is a cloudy, dry white sparkling. After a year in used barrels the wine is bottled with the addition of fresh grape must to trigger the second fermentation. The result is a golden juice with great minerality balanced out with some bready creaminess. Its like a natural version of a vintage champagne.
