Zero Dosage Blanc de Noirs 2016 Rich BurgenlandThe Winzersekt Brut from Wimmer Czerny is an elegant sparkling wine. Grape juice is added to trigger the second fermentation, no added sugar, nor yeast or sulphites. It has a lovely fine perlage and the color is simply gorgeous. Strawberry, lime and a very pleasant minerality that leaves a tiny salty aftertaste.
