Marshals, snagging a free discarded green derby hat from the trash and being thrust into the downtown parade festivities (ala Ferris Bueller). Fun fact: the scene from the 1993 classic The Fugitive was not scripted and the director was granted permission from Mayor Daley's office to film during the parade. The
