My Latest Favorite Stool, 19th C. in Gray Over Mustard Paint with Lovely Tapered Legs Victorian puzzle and still with traces ofAnother week, another lovely old stool; I can't deal with furniture of any scale, but I can manage a stool, and they're my favorites, plus of course very useful as pedestals for non functional things. I purchased this one at Brimfield from a dealer from whom I covet most everything (also the source of the extra long antique whimsy chain this week.) It's the clean lines and elegantly tapering legs on this one that really do it for me, plus the old gray
