Vintage c. 1940s Handheld Mechanical Tin Roulette Wheel Jamaican native and the shell casing isJust for fun, and fun indeed, as pushing in on the metal side lever sets the little metal ball spinning and spinning around with lots of momentum, taking some time to finally land. Apparently, this was quite a popular tavern and bar game in the 1940s and 50s, used to determine who would buy the next round, and that seems quite a good way to put it to use again! 4 3 8" in diameter; 1 7 16" tall; definitely plenty used but still in very good condition
