along the very bottom edge on the face side so it does not stand on its own that way--best leaned

I'm really not sure how the surface of this old toy car came to be, but it seems entirely product of chance effect. Details give a sense, though it is better in hand. And made all the better I think by feeling very much a sort of a shell of a car there are still axels underneath, and one front and two rear wheels, but it sits very low and you'd really never know. Cast metal. 5 7 8" l x 2 1 4" w x 1 1 2" t. Aged as evident! Stable and sound.
