Domaine Rollin Pere & Fils Bourgogne Aligoté, 2022 Rosé Wine 100% barrel fermented with 100%50+ year old vines impart density and body not usually found in Aligot. This is a fantastic example of how select vineyards, microclimates (and actually, climate change) can give vibrant life to a sometimes overlooked grape. Aligot, the other white Burgundy, is crisp, mineral driven and elusive. It's starkly racy compared to the most famous grape of the region, Chardonnay. Bourgogne Aligot AOC
