I really love the imagery on this antique postcard--I believe dating to around 1918 at the end of World War I--as well as the sentiment

I especially love the perfectly round loop at the base of the handle

Great for the kids

but the book itself is in excellent condition

The brass dog tags tacked to the board mark each year of life, spanning Boston, Arlington MA, and the state of Maine. The snapshot at center was captioned in ink, mostly worn off now, though "9 Years Old" is very clear and clearly was not referring to
