The fishing hawk mb-code CMF2008cover Lord Salisbury (left) and SirBird identified by Catesby as 'Accipiter piscatorius', the fishing hawk (modern scientific name: Pandion haliaetus, the osprey), and a fish, probably a grey mullet, Mugil cephalus.
