Jean-Claude Bessin, Chablis Vv Brut Zero The 2019 Chardonnay Stone Côte(from vines in La Chapelle Vaupelteigne). A perfumed and ripe nose offers up plenty of Chablis character along with evident citrus influence that can also be found on the racy, intense and beautifully well detailed flavors that terminate in a markedly saline, chiseled and crisp finale. This moderately dry effort is really very good though a wine that will need at least a few years of cellaring first.
