Description
The barracks were built between 1776 and 1802
beginning with his victory at Agincourt in 1415
modernising the bureaucracy and civil service and patronising the work of writers and philosophers such as Voltaire and Kant
In 1666 a donation from Daniel Colwall enabled the Society to add to the Repository a collection of 'natural rarities' which had been on public display in London near St Paul's Cathedral
Also depicts guards standing at their sentry-boxes
