Sprinks Titanium White 100g Scanpan Classic taking the hard work outTitanium White 100g SPRINKS Titanium Dioxide is one of the best white pigment agents available. It is fat soluble and is generally used in any chocolate work where you require a whiter result. A small amount added to white chocolate will remove its natural yellow colour. It can also be used to turn fondant icing, modelling paste & flower paste into a brilliant shade of white. When adding titanium dioxide to colour white chocolate, it is best to add it
