Scratch Made Folk Art WW1 Style Triplane/Seaplane Hiram Campbell Merrill sketch with some light foxing/toning asThis is an inventive creation made from scratch (scrap!) by someone who knew how to make stuff! It was welded together of cut tin, steel, wire, screws and who knows what all, but all of it metal I believe, yielding a WWI style triplane that I find a surprisingly elegant thing, almost like a three dimensional drawing in space with a rather balletic feeling to its lines. Great from every angle, it would be a nice one actually see floating in the breeze,
