This is a reclaimed t shirt upcycled into a tie neck halter. This is a tapered fit with a curved hem, side slits, elastic edging and front lining. So cute, cool & retro. This is a sz S M and would work best on 4,6,8. Measures 32 at chest and will definitely stretch a bit. Length is 20 from base of neck.
