I walked in to a recent estate sale and this little house was the very first thing I saw

1 1/4" in diameter and in good vintage condition

are wonderfully irregular

perhaps the class overachiever

but in good structural shape

White of Winchendon, MA and noted that is was done in Paris in 1904; I haven't been able to find out much of anything about him, but that's what I know. I just fell in love with the drawing itself a perfect combination of exactly the sort of thing one might observe on the streets of Paris and a wonderfully concise, rather existential portrait of life's burdens. 9" x 6 1
