7 3/4" l x 7/8" t x 1/8" thick and wonderfully worn

Just a nicely shaped old wooden foundry bottle mold with a nice patina

There is some old hand-written cursive text on the bottom of the box

Antique Needlepoint Cat Pillow cat angel or really for most anythingI believe this light gray against red woolen needlepoint dates to the 19th century, and I love the relative simplicity of the cat, with just two olive green crosses for eyes and no other flourishes. With finely woven cotten linen fabric on the back, sewn by hand to the front with dark red thread. Very large to be a pin cushion, but just the right size to be a cat cushion! 5 3 4 x 7 and in very good, clean condition and very charming.
