Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Brief bottle fermentation of three months. Red sand, blue marl soil. Piero Benevelli started with five hectares of vines in 1978 growing the traditional vines of Piedmont. Since then his son, Massimo took over and has become a notable winemaker. Langhe, Italy
