Around the perimeter of the footed base are two inlaid hearts, one inlaid diamond, and a second cutout diamond where the inlay appears to have been lost. Carved into three consective sides above are the initials H, J, W, which were painted or crayoned orange and I assume the initials of its proud maker. 10 11 16 x 1 9 16 x 1 1 2 and in
