John Bull, representing Britain, is one of the many walking wounded in this line up. China, Turkey and Russia are also represented, as are Italy and Spain. This relates to the International Health Exhibition which was opened by the Duke of Cambridge. The Exhibition was a great success. From Punch, or the London Charivari, May 17, 1884.
