Item has been tested and is in full working condition. Hangs 24 inches but there is another 3 inches of cord. The ceiling cap measures 4 3 4 inches in diameter and globe itself measures around 9 inches tall and 14 inches wide. Someone added a newer cord and ceiling cap.
