Hand-drawn Antique British Postcard, "Yes Madam Both Chairs Are Comfortable" wooden penguin Handmade in PeruReally a wonderful ink drawing on this antique postcard, made even better by the caption "Walker: Yes Madam both chairs are comfortable" which shifts attention toward the two decidedly uncomfortable looking little chairs at her left! I'd love to know the backstory, but one of the reasons I love these old postcards so much is for their elusiveness 100+ years later. And the rendering of the figures on this one, perhaps especially the little woman behind
