in my opinion none of these stains are too intrusive except the one at the top of the left vertical fold line and there is a darker 3cm stain below the bottom left corner of the credits block

Large pinhole near every corner with a little paper loss and surrounding tearing (largest is 1 cm and the one near the top right corner has torn through to the edge)
