Fine 19th C. Watercolor of Rose and Pansy Bouquet carved bone egg just a lovely little thingI purchased this watercolor in a 19th c. Westlake frame (with much toned old mat from which it needed to be freed) from a seller who took it (understandably!) as a print but a watercolor indeed it is. I've got a special weakness for these floral bouquets executed with such care and precision they are a bit hard to believe, and like to imagine the young women who toiled over them for many hours, perfecting their skills. And on this one, a few tiny
