Pair of Early-Mid 20th Century Articulated Dogs leather and steel catcher's mask and the face of theQuite a handsome pair, the precise likes of which I've never seen, quite nicely constructed of what looks perhaps like walnut to me, with bright glass eyes, and jointed ears, heads, legs and tails. With their long snouts, they do look a bit like foxes with their ears raised, but surely are meant to be hounds with a great sense of alertness about them, as if poised to head out on a hunt! Both stand sturdy on their own and the smaller one balances quite
