while I've been making do of late with buying things on line

technically at least--on this the horse is overexposed and the man very shadowed--but what a great backyard stand-off between the two

with its great architectural lines and perfectly neutral stony cream color

It has been folded in quarters but lies fairly flat

Old Pine Carved Shy Looking Fellow decorative lacquer with four separate setting dialsA subtle carving, but a pretty great one I think, looking like a shy but friendly guy standing in the corner of the room, quietly smiling, and with big ears open! Carved of pine, with a nice play between the form and the grain of the wood. 8 1 16" t x 1 7 8" w x 1" d. Good condition, with a nice dry wood patina. Flat on the backside and unsigned. Needs to lean against something in order to stand.
