Blackberry and plum with a touch of aged balsamic on the dark in color palate; Soft and round mouthfeel finishing with soft tannins. Husband and wife Javier and Carolina along with Javier's two brothers lead the estate as 4th generation viticulturists, with Carolina leading the artistry of the winemaking. The land was originally gifted to the Illana family in 1626 by the King of Spain.
