A beautiful and detailed miniature of a village by the port signed by the famous Haitian painter Casimir Joseph! Casimir Joseph was born on March 3rd, 1941, in Port au Prince, Haiti. In 1961 he joined the Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied with his friend Ludovic Booz. Casimir later left the academy to work full time for "SNEM," then Casimir opened his barbershop, only to paint as a hobby.
