The soils are poor in organic substances

There is ample structure here as well though it’s largely buffered by all of the mid-palate extract and I particularly like the depth

smooth-flowing and gently wooded on the palate

Very rich on the palate, with flavors of apple, honey and hazelnut complicated by suggestions of roasted herbs, grass and white flowers. Fat, dense and satisfying.
