with with small dings to the silver here and there

wonderfully animated by a little black-hatted man with three grazing and resting cows and tiny little dog scampering across the brick bridge at the center--the perfect final touch

but do think it is likely earlyish 20th century British

At 13" inches across it is not large, but it has a big aura, and is the sort of painting I'd want to design a whole room around in my dreams a library or study with lots of old wood and leather and a view of the sea!
