There is a bit of writing on the plastic over the interior flaps of the cover as documented

Slide top slides on and off just fine and holds closed

Light wear to the edges of paper but no foxing and only very minor stains here and there

And also, just right for a mirror, those eyes seem to follow one everywhere. 2" diameter. Very good condition, with a little aging to the mirror, totally usable.
