Famed winemaker Francois Cazin is now well known for his red wine made of the obscure Romorantin grape, but originally gained notice for his white wine, the Cheveny Blanc. 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay. 30+ year old vines on clay limestone soils.
