Says on the container that the salve is "For Man or Beast", made in Freeport, Illinois. The metal tin is in antique condition with lots of age, rust, etc.; has a great look. There is actually some of the salve in the container, not suitable for use. A larger tin measuring approximately 4 1 4" in diameter by 2 1 4". Great addition to the rustic home decor.
