with alligatoring creamy white paint at either end and delicious salmony red at center and underneath

which I found at the flea market this weekend

which makes me rather nostalgic for the summer now at its end

To my eye formally just right, and a fun one! 2 3 4" x 2 5 16", very good condition. Stamped Currier & White on reverse, of Haverhill, MA. Late 19th c. I believe.
