2022 Domaine du Gros' Nore Bandol Rose, Provence, France Remírez de Ganuza raspberry and nutmegNotes of peach and apricot, it is endowed with great finesse. Complex mouth, a perfect balance between alcohol and acidity, which makes this wine terrifically food friendly. Try with sushi, and even a shrimp curry or beautiful pan fried scallops. Blend: 54% Mourvdre, 25% Cinsault, 19% Grenache, 2% Clairette
