The fruit sees a short 24 hour maceration on the skins before fermenting in tank, then bottled to rest on the lees for 3 years. Unfiltered, no sulfur added. A pure, lifted expression of Grolleau bright, bone dry, and a little wild. Wine arrives 05 01 2026.
