2020 Joan d'Anguera Planella Montsant, Spain Piedrasassi Northern exposure with loam/silt soilHand harvested in the morning. Whole cluster fermentation with natural yeast during 15 21 days for Syrah and 30 35 days for Carinyena. The wine is aged in used barrels for 12 months. No oenological product used. No filtration.
