2022 Chateau Maison Blanche Montagne-Saint-Emilion, France Larkmead Micro-batch gin crafted in MexicoCabernet franc, merlot (about 50 50 depending on the vintage). De stemmed, crushed, fermented in tank cuvaison 2 4 weeks. Aged in French oak for 12 18 months.
