2017 Gallois-Bouché“ La Main Sur le Coeur” Brut, Champagne, France Mas Foraster 2009 and 2016The La Main Sur le Coeur bottling is crafted from a cpages of eighty percent chardonnay and twenty percent pinot noir grown in Vertus. The wine is entirely barrel fermented and aged under cork, rather than crown cap and was finished with a dosage of 1. 5 grams per liter after its disgorgement.
