2023 Domaine Marquis d'Angerville Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, Burgundy, France Domaine de la Renardiere village/vyd Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand CruFrom the domaines organically farmed vines in Volnay and Meursault, this Passetoutgrain is a true field blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, co planted and co fermented in the old style. The fruit is hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts in open top vats, using gentle pump overs to favor perfume and freshness over extraction. levage runs about a year in neutral barrels, preserving the purity of fruit and site.
