with a very tasty palate

Vineyards on slopes dominated by chalky Kimmeridgian soils; those on flatter lands, clay based Portlandian soils. Vine age 15 45 years. Hand harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged on fine lees in tank for nine months.
