2020 Fumey-Chatelain 'Les Capucins' Chardonnay La Clarine Farm Vinification – Cruz del MarRed tail melons planted in 1953 in the place called Les Capucins, terroirs of fatty gravel on Lias Marl base. South facing. Fermentation and aging in 500L and 228L barrels for 1 and a half years.
