The wine aged on lees for 10 months and then was racked for the first time to blend + bottle

parcels are aged on lees for about five to seven months before being gently blended and bottled with minimal sulfur

and I told my grandfather that I wanted to name this plot Las Miñañas

one of the great vineyards of Nuits

then put into oak puncheon and barrel

2025 Lamoresca Bianco Sicily, Italy Francois de Nicolay The wine aged on lees100% Vermentino di Corso. Destemmed and fermented on skins for 2 3 days depending on the vintage. Pressed to a mix of cement and one tronconic wooden barrel for aging through winter. Racked at least 3 times before bottling. Natural malolactic fermentation. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
