2023 Maison Glandien La Lumiere Rouge, Vin de France Baja Sourced from a parcel ofThis is an extension from the Glandien which declassifies Tinos domaine fruit. Chardonnay here is from a densely planted 0. 5 ha parcel in Mercurey La Brigadire (massale selection; ~10,000 vines ha), farmed biodynamically with minuscule yields around 1015 hl ha. Whole clusters are foot tread and vertically pressed; fermentation is spontaneous, then 19 months on full lees in new 228 L Stockinger barrels, with only a light SO at bottling. 1 btl customer.
