Fermented with native yeast and aged in stainless steel, its bright and liftedpink citrus, watermelon rind, wild herbswith a gentle saline finish that reflects its proximity to the coast. A totally unfussy, deeply refreshing bottle from one of Cerasuolos most quietly compelling estates. 12% ABV. Limited.
