Spice accented cherry, black raspberry and lavender scents show very good clarity and a hint of gaminess. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering lively bitter cherry, dark berry and floral pastille flavors that become sweeter on the back half. The floral quality carries through the long, gently tannic finish, which leaves behind a suggestion of spicy white pepper. Made with whole clusters and raised in neutral oak barrels. 91
