Crinum Pink Flamingo Calycanthus an outstanding ornamental banana fromCrinum 'Pink Flamingo' is a recent hybrid by Texan Dave Lehmiller, a cross of Crinum bulbispermum x Crinum 'Pink Perfume'. Crinum 'Pink Flamingo' forms a nice compact clump of glossy green foliage accessorized in June and July with 3' tall spikes of dark pink buds that open to large, pink, fragrant flowers. Here's a great way to thumb your nose at the HOA and have a pink flamingo in your yard after all!
