The aroma is very intense, characterized primarily by ripe yellow stone fruit and citrus zest. On the palate, it displays very precise, perfectly integrated acidity and an emphasis on citrus aromas, with lime taking center stage. Despite its dry character, it still appears sufficiently juicy. The finish is very lively and stimulating.
