E. Molino Langhe Nebbiolo 2025 CRV 29% Ribolla GiallaSergio Molino spends his working life as a consulting enologist, shaping other people's wines all over Piedmont and Italy. This is where he makes his own: the family farm at Annunziata in La Morra, bottled under his father Ernesto's name. It's a genuinely tiny operation a couple of hectares under vine among the orchards and vegetable gardens, farmed organically for over a decade. The Nebbiolo gets a short maceration and mostly older wood, and it shows
