It is a form of Druzy (Grape like agate) crystals on top of rhyolite. It can be a little delicate, but insanely beautiful! This is a pretty rare specimen! Eagle Rock Plume Agate is an old oregon classic from Central Oregon near Prineville! This old stock classic was found in the 1940s by Shirley Quant, but it was many years later that it was mined, do to someone else
